I’m an integrative, trauma-informed therapist with a background in psychology and psychotherapy.

I work in a way that’s straightforward, flexible, and focused on helping you understand why you think, feel, or respond the way you do - not just manage things on the surface.

I don’t work from a fixed script, and I won’t use jargon or overcomplicate things. The work is shaped around you, while still having a clear sense of direction.

Alongside support, I also bring honesty and gentle challenge where it’s helpful — always at a pace that feels manageable.

ABOUT ME

Milo is my dog and he sometimes joins me in my sessions - both in-person and online.

He usually sits on my knee or keeps to himself, and is extremely calm and gentle. I am hoping one day he will make a great therapy dog!

I let clients know when he is with me, and respect that some people would prefer to have dog-free sessions.

The work isn’t one-size-fits-all. We focus on what’s coming up for you and take the time to understand it properly.

A big part of therapy is looking at patterns - including how you relate to others, how you respond in certain situations, and where those responses might come from. Often, these are shaped by earlier experiences, even if they’re not immediately obvious.

Alongside this, we work with what’s happening in the present. This might include noticing how things show up in your body, or using practical ways to help you feel more steady when things feel overwhelming.

The aim isn’t just to cope, but to understand things in a way that allows them to shift.
